Daniela Sofia Bragagnolo, born on June 16, 1996 in Atlanta, Georgia, is an Argentinian singer-songwriter and rapper known by her stage name Nanu. She gained popularity for singles such as “Ting” and “Badditude.” Initially starting her performing career in musical theater with roles in productions including The Lion King, Sleeping Beauty, and Newsies.
She moved to Buenos Aires at the age of one and adopted the moniker Nanu from a childhood nickname. At five years old, she began taking dance and piano classes which later had to be discontinued due to an injury that ended her aspirations of becoming a professional dancer.
She was raised by her parents along with her Argentinian and Italian grandparents.
