Skylar Lynnae Neil was born on March 26, 1991, in the United States. She is best known as the daughter of Sharise Ruddell and Vince Neil. Tragically, Skylar passed away at the young age of four due to kidney cancer.
Prior to her battle with cancer, Skylar’s father shared her story in People magazine. Throughout her illness, she underwent six operations along with chemotherapy and radiation treatments.
Skylar had two siblings named Neil Jason Wharton and Elizabeth Ashley Wharton.
