Simone Mariposa, born on February 26, 1993, is a plus-size model and blogger from Los Angeles, California. She gained recognition for her role in promoting body positivity through the popular #WeWearWhatWeWant hashtag.
In addition to her work as an Instagram star, Mariposa co-hosted the radio show A Fat Girl’s World alongside Tejera Magee. Before gaining fame, she grew up in South Los Angeles and pursued studies in sociology and vocal music during her college years.
