About Silvia Abascal
Silvia Abascal was born on March 20, 1979 in Madrid, Spain. She is a talented film and television actress known for her work in movies such as The Yellow Fountain, The Wolf, and The Idiot Maiden. Abascal gained early recognition for her role on the sitcom Pepa y Pepe which helped launch her career. At the age of 14, she made her television debut in the game show Un, dos, tres… responda otra vez.
Abascal made headlines when she was nominated for the Goya Award for Best New Actress due to her performance in The Yellow Fountain. In addition to acting roles, she has appeared in music videos and worked as a writer and director. Unfortunately, Abascal suffered from a stroke in 2011 that temporarily paused her career.
In 2015, Silvia continued to make an impact with appearances in films such as Pasaje de vida, Ma ma,and Truman.
