About Sierra Dawn Thomas
Sierra Dawn Thomas is a reality star who gained fame as a contestant on Survivor: Worlds Apart and as a member of the show’s Escameca tribe. Born in Utah on December 19, 1986, she is also known for her skills as a barrel racing national champion and model.
Prior to her appearance on Survivor, Thomas was working towards a master’s degree in Criminal Justice. Standing at 6’1″, she holds the distinction of being one of the tallest female contestants in the history of Survivor, falling second only to track and field athlete-turned-reality star Crystal Cox.
Thomas hails from Roy, Utah where she was born and raised. She had a Great Dane named Whiskey Joe who passed away in 2017. In 2019, she married fellow Survivor competitor Joe Anglim.
