Sierra Gates, born on May 24, 1989 in the United States, is a well-known Instagram star and celebrity makeup artist. She is also an entrepreneur who owns The Glam Shop hair salon and serves as the owner and CEO of Sierra’s Secrets Cosmetics.
Gates gained widespread recognition after joining the 6th season of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta as a supporting player. Her impressive clientele at her salon includes celebrities like Zonnique, Toya Wright, Reginae Carter, and many others.
Before achieving fame, Gates faced challenges when she became pregnant at the age of 15 which led to being kicked out of her home. However, she managed to make ends meet by working at a makeup kiosk in a mall.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Gates authored a book titled “Behind the Glam”. In terms of family life, she was married to Rod Gates for seven years before their divorce in 2018. Together they have two children named Mason and Sierra.
