Sian Phillips is a Welsh stage actress known for her notable roles in London productions such as A Little Night Music, Gigi and Major Barbara. She has also made appearances on Broadway, earning a Tony nomination in 1999 for her lead role in the musical Marlene.
After completing her studies at the University of Wales, Phillips further honed her craft at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) and declined Hollywood film offers to pursue her passion for theater in England.
In addition to her stage work, she has appeared in various television and radio productions including I, Claudius (for which she won a BAFTA Award) and The Leopard in Autumn.
