About Shreya Ghoshal
Shreya Ghoshal is a renowned Bollywood playback singer, born on March 12, 1984 in Baharampur, India. She gained fame by winning the Sa Re Ga Ma Pa competition and went on to become a judge on Star Voice Of India-Chhote and The X Factor India. She has also served as a mentor on Music Ka Maha Muqqabla.
Prior to her success, she made her debut film appearance in 2003 with Saaya. Notably, Shreya has sung for Joyalukkas, a jewelry store, in five different languages.
Ghoshal’s father was Biswajeet Ghoshal, an engineer at the Nuclear Power Corporation of India, while her mother is a literature post-grad. In 2015, she married Shiladitya Mukhopadhyaya; they welcomed their son Devyaan in May 2021.
