She gained popularity by sharing her journey of losing 100 pounds naturally and getting diagnosed with blood cancer. Her Tiktok account, shredwithshelley, has amassed over 260,000 followers.
She posted her first TikTok video in February 2021, showcasing herself lifting kettlebells. In March 2022, Shelley was diagnosed with stage 2 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma but continued to use her platform to share updates on her cancer battle alongside weight loss and fitness content.
