Despite enduring a challenging childhood marked by a severe burn accident at the age of nine, Shalom has emerged as an influential figure in the beauty industry with over 1.5 million subscribers.
Following the life-altering incident in Nigeria that resulted in significant burns to her upper body and face from a frying oil accident, Shalom spent four months hospitalized. Alongside her younger sister who also sustained burns during the same event, their aunt assisted them in relocating to the U.S. for reconstructive surgery.
