Shahrzad is a professional belly dancer and teacher known for her expertise in Modern Egyptian belly dance and various regional styles from North Africa and the Middle East. Born on May 19, 1111, in the United States, she began her career at a young age and by her early twenties had already received international bookings.
Aside from being an accomplished dancer, Shahrzad is also a fitness instructor with a substantial online following. Her Instagram account shahrzad_dancer_official boasts over 320,000 followers. In 2013, she became a Pilates Method Alliance certified instructor before moving to Egypt in 2015 to further pursue her career as a belly dancer.
Shahrzad has performed at numerous prestigious events around the world including the Al Raqesa Festival in Jakarta, Indonesia in October 2016 and the Oslo Oriental Dance Festival in Norway in June 2022. She continues to inspire and teach others about this ancient art form while also sharing her passion for fitness with enthusiasts globally.
