Serafina Sama is an Italian fashion designer, best known as the founder of the luxury fashion label Isa Arfen. She was born on December 29, 1982, in Italy.
Before gaining recognition in the fashion industry, Sama grew up in Ravenna, Italy and developed a passion for fashion in the early ’90s, immersing herself in copies of Italian Vogue. She later pursued formal education in fashion at London’s Central Saint Martins.
Her work as a womenswear designer has garnered attention and has been featured on the covers of esteemed publications such as Vogue, Elle, and Glamour. Additionally, she has undertaken freelance projects for major brands like Chloe, Acne, and Louis Vuitton.
The name “Isa” within her brand’s title pays homage to her grandmother. Sama is also a mother to a son named Ari and is married to a lawyer.
