Sarah Sapora, born on September 5, 1978 in New York, is an Instagram Star and self-love mentor. She is widely recognized for her advocacy of body positivity and regularly shares empowering images on her eponymous Instagram account. In addition to her social media presence, Sapora also oversees the Sarah Plus Life blog website.
