About Sarah Richards
Sarah Lou Richards, born on January 3, 1984 in England, is a British dancer known for her association with the Sugar Free Street Dance group. She gained attention through her relationship with former JLS boyband member Aston Merrygold.
Prior to her fame, Richards served as a backup dancer for JLS’s tour and it was here that she met Merrygold. In 2015, she was appointed as a brand ambassador for Snog Frozen Yogurt. Her full name is Sarah Lou Richards and she grew up in England alongside two older brothers.
Richards and Merrygold became engaged in 2017 and together welcomed their first son named Grayson on January 30, 2018. They had another son named Macaulay on June 5, 2020.
