About Sarah Lindsay
Sarah Lindsay (born June 8, 1980) is a retired short track speed skater hailing from Kingston upon Thames, England. She gained recognition for representing Great Britain in the Winter Olympics for Vancouver 2010, Turin 2006, and Salt Lake City 2002. Following her retirement from professional skating in 2010, she transitioned to become a celebrity personal trainer.
Prior to her speed skating career, Sarah was a figure skater before being talent-spotted during a competition and transitioning to speedskating. She made her debut for the Great Britain team in 1996 and held the title of British Ladies Champion from 2000 to 2009.
Post-retirement, Sarah has pursued her passion for health and fitness and has been featured on the cover of Women’s Fitness magazine. Additionally, her workout routines have appeared in various publications including Cosmopolitan, Women’s Health, and Sports Magazine.
Born and raised in London, England., she credits her mother with instilling in her a love of athletics.
