Sarah Gauthier is a Canadian Instagram star and professional scuba diver, born on April 4, 1992 in Montreal, Canada. She gained fame for her scuba diving-related content and achieved the remarkable feat of diving all seven continents in just seven months between the fall of 2018 and April 2019.
Gauthier’s passion for swimming and diving began at a young age and led her to pursue advanced certifications to work as a diving instructor in the Cayman Islands by 2017. It was during this time that she first conceived the idea of completing dives on all seven continents.
Notably, she marked the completion of her challenge with dives in Antarctica on her 27th birthday. Alongside her achievements, Gauthier has advocated for ocean conservation, particularly focusing on addressing microplastics and plastic waste. She also holds a degree in Biology from Montreal University.
With roots in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, Gauthier was raised by a mother who inspired her interest in scuba diving.
