Sara Mitich is a Canadian television and film actress, born on November 26, 1990, in Hamilton, Canada. She is best known for her role as Abby in the 2017 drama film Ashes, as well as for her appearances in TV shows such as The Expanse, Murdoch Mysteries, and Star Trek: Discovery.
Before pursuing acting, Mitich had a passion for ballet and attended the National Ballet School of Canada. She later discovered her love for acting while in college.
Mitich’s performance in Ashes earned her critical acclaim and she received the Best Supporting Actress award at the 2018 Actors Awards in Los Angeles. Additionally, she was nominated for Best Actress at the 2018 Cinema Soup Film Festival.
