About Sara Germain
Sara Germain is a fitness instructor and personal trainer, known for being one half of the popular fitness duo The Super Sisters. She was born on June 26, 1989 in the United States.
Before gaining fame as a fitness expert, Sara struggled with her weight during her formative years but became passionate about running in 2009. She later went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in geography from UCLA.
In addition to her work as a personal trainer, Sara is also a certified yoga instructor and nutrition coach. Her expertise extends to social media and branding, having collaborated with companies such as Pur Pak.
Her sister Liz Germain completes the other half of The Super Sisters duo, which offers meal and workout plans designed to help individuals achieve their fitness goals.
