Saimi Hoyer (born June 18, 1974) is a Finnish former model known for gracing the pages of magazines like Vogue and walking the catwalk in fashion shows around the world. She was born in Helsinki, Finland and studied Italian and Hungarian at the University of Jyvaskyla before being discovered by a photographer while studying in Italy.
After retiring from modeling, Hoyer began working for fashion magazines such as Image and MeNaiset. She later served as a judge on the Finnish version of “America’s Next Top Model.” In November 2006, she married Thomas Hoyer with whom she had their first child, Kaspar.
