About Sahara Davenport
Sahara Davenport, born Antoine Ashley on December 17, 1984, in Dallas, Texas, was a renowned drag queen and singer best known for her appearance on ABC’s One Life to Live and the second season of RuPaul’s Drag Race. Tragically, she passed away at the age of 27 due to heart failure.
Davenport developed an interest in drag while attending Southern Methodist University in Dallas before beginning her career performing at various gay clubs in New York City.
Aside from her television appearances, Davenport also featured in A&E’s 15 Films about Madonna and Voom HD’s Magnificent Obsessions.
She had a sibling named Kennedy and was romantically involved with Karl Westerberg (Manila Luzon) until her passing.
