About Rosie Scott
Rosie Scott, born on March 22, 1948 in New Zealand, is a novelist known for her notable works of fiction such as Feral City and Faith Singer. In addition to her novels, she has also published an award-winning play called Say Thank You To The Lady and a poetry collection titled Flesh and Blood in 1984.
Before gaining recognition as an author, Scott earned her master’s degree in English from Victoria University of Wellington. Her debut novel, Glory Days, was published in 1988.
In addition to her writing career, Scott held the position of Chairwoman of the Australian Society of Authors for a decade. She is married to biologist Danny Vendramini with whom she has two daughters.
