About Robin Maxkii
Robin Maxkii, born on November 8, 1990 in Austin, Texas, is a Native American activist, filmmaker, and writer who has gained recognition for her work integrating technology into Native American culture. She is best known for her appearance on the television series Code Trip and for directing the first ever American Indian Collegiate hackathon.
Prior to gaining fame, Maxkii taught herself to code using computers from the public library at just eleven years old. After graduating from Dine College in 2014 and later attending Salish Kootenai College, she and her blog Blood Quantum Reform were invited to join the United Nations Global Partnership for Youth where she began earning recognition for her technological progress.
In a noteworthy accomplishment during the Barack Obama administration in 2016, Maxkii was asked to attend the United State of Women Summit hosted by the White House. Born and raised on Flathead Indian Reservation in Montana,
