Roberta Shore was born on April 7, 1943 in Monterey Park, California. She is a TV actress, best known for her role as Betsy Garth on the NBC series The Virginian. Additionally, she appeared in the 1959 movie Blue Denim and played Franceska in the Disney film The Shaggy Dog.
Born Roberta Jymme Schourop, she grew up in the Los Angeles area before gaining fame. In 1957 CBS pilot based on the Nancy Drew young adult mystery series marked one of her early successes.
She married Ron Frederickson and settled in Salt Lake City, Utah where they were active members of the Mormon Church.
