About Rina Shirota
Rina Shirota (born June 24, 1999) is a Japanese pop singer known for her role as a member of the Sony Music girl group Little Glee Monster. She was born in Tokyo, Japan and rose to fame as the younger sister of actor Yu Shirota.
Prior to gaining recognition with Little Glee Monster, Shirota auditioned for the group in 2013. The following year, they released their debut mini-album.
In 2016, Little Glee Monster released their first album titled Colorful Monster followed by Joyful Monster in 2017.
Shirtoa comes from a multicultural background – her father is Japanese while her mother is Spanish. Alongside her brother Yu, she has three other siblings: Jun, Maria and Dai.
