About Riko Kohara
Riko Kohara is a Japanese voice actress, guitarist, and singer best known for her role as Rokka in the series BanG Dream! She was born on February 3, 1990, in Gifu Prefecture, Japan. Kohara started her career as a guitarist and singer in 2011 with a band called The Sketchbook before transitioning to voice acting in 2014 on the show Soreyuke! Anpanman.
Before pursuing her career in music and voice acting, she moved from her hometown to Tokyo to start a music career. She attended ESP College of Entertainment where she specialized in electric guitar. In 2015, she began posting on Twitter.
As a teenager, Kohara enjoyed manga and anime which sparked her interest in voice acting. The band The Sketchbook was based on a group featured in the anime Sket Dance but disbanded in 2015. She hails from Gifu Prefecture and has an older sister
