Riann Steele (born May 23, 1987) is a TV actress known for her roles in various television series and films. She was born in Brooklyn, New York and has English heritage. Steele studied at Arts Educational Schools in London before embarking on her acting career.
Steele gained recognition for her role as Lauren Minster in the BBC series Holby City. She later portrayed Finola Jones in the NBC series Debris, and Plum Chatwin in the Syfy series The Magicians. Additionally, she appeared in films such as Ant-Man and the Wasp and The Creeping.
Before her television success, Steele participated in various Royal Shakespeare Company productions including a notable performance alongside David Tennant and Patrick Stewart in 2009’s Hamlet.In 2010, she made her film debut with Treacle Jr., followed by appearances on television shows like Legacies, NCIS: New Orleans ,The Blacklist,and Casualty.She also played Queen Nefertitiin a 2012 episode of Doctor Who.
