About Raphaela Folie
Raphaela Folie is an Italian middle blocker volleyball player, born on March 7, 1991 in Bolzano, Italy. She started playing club volleyball for Caldaro Volleyball and was named the best player in her region while competing for Trentino-Alto Adige in 2009. Folie has had a successful career as a member of the national team, representing Italy at the 2014 World Championship and winning gold in the World Cup in 2011 as well as at the Mediterranean Games in 2013.
Aside from her athletic achievements, she comes from a family of volleyball enthusiasts with two brothers named Toni and Klemens and a little sister named Seline.
