Rachel Peters is a Filipina beauty pageant contestant who was born on October 20, 1991, in the Philippines. She gained widespread recognition after being crowned Miss Universe Philippines in 2017, earning the opportunity to represent her country at the 2017 Miss Universe pageant.
Peters made her beauty pageant debut at the 2014 Miss World Philippines contest, where she placed fourth. In May 2017, she appeared on CNN Philippines’ The Source morning show.
She married Miguel Luis Villafuerte, Governor of Camarines Sur in July 2021 and they welcomed their first daughter Kaia Rose in October that year. They are expecting their second child in May 2023.<
