About Queen Ifrica
Queen Ifrica, born on March 25, 1975 in Montego Bay, Jamaica, is a renowned reggae singer. She has gained widespread popularity with hit songs such as “Daddy,” “Far Away” and “Serve and Protect.” Her sophomore album Climb (2017) achieved the top position on Billboard’s Reggae Albums chart.
Before rising to fame, Queen Ifrica’s career took off after she impressed at a talent competition held at Club Inferno in 1995. Notably, she has also collaborated with the Committee for Community to support members of the S-Corner community in Kingston 13.
Born Ventrice Morgan, she is the daughter of ska legend Derrick Morgan and has a daughter named Tanzania Barrett.
