About Portia Large
Portia Large was born on April 19, 1994, in Sydney, Australia. She is a model, host, and social media star who gained recognition for her presenting role on Channel 7Mate’s Freesurfer TV series. In addition to this, she was also a finalist in the Miss Universe pageant in 2015.
Large has been involved in various high-profile events such as presenting at the Mercedes Benz Fashion Show and being the face of Radio Metro. She later transitioned into journalism and became a reporter for The Golden Coast Bulletin.
Prior to her rise to fame, Large lived in Airlie Beach, Australia where she and her family explored 74 tropical islands along the Whitsunday coastline.
An advocate for community service and motivational speaking, Portia Large received the Order of Australia honor for her contributions. Furthermore, she has appeared as a stunt double in films such as The Shallows and Adrift.
She comes from a close-knit family with a sister named Bianca. Their parents are of Danish-English descent.
