About Pia Guanio
Pia Guanio is a Philippine TV show host known for her prolific career in the industry. Born on October 24, 1973, in Manila, Philippines, she gained recognition as the showbiz segment anchor for the TV show 24 Oras starting in 2004. From 2007 to 2012, she served as the anchor for Showbiz Central on the GMA Network.
Before gaining fame as a TV host, Guanio started her career as a traffic reporter for Roadwatch before transitioning to Lakbay TV. She has also made appearances in Philippine films and notably appeared in A Mother’s Story produced by Star Cinema and ABS-CBN International.
In October 2011, Pia Guanio married her husband Steve Mago with whom she later had her child Scarlet. She continues to be active in television hosting roles and remains a prominent figure within the Philippines’ entertainment industry.
