About Peggy Lennon
Peggy Lennon, born on April 8, 1941 in Los Angeles, California, is a renowned pop singer and member of the traditional pop group The Lennon Sisters. She gained recognition for her high harmony vocals in their songs. The group made its debut in 1955 and achieved chart success with the single “Tonight You Belong to Me” in 1956.
In addition to her musical achievements, Peggy Lennon and The Lennon Sisters were honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 1987. Off stage, she was born Margaret Anne and married Dick Cathcart with whom she had six children. Later on, she married Robert Felt.
Her contributions to music have rightfully earned her a place among other legendary vocalists as an inductee into the Vocal Group Hall of Fame.
