Paula Lavigne, born on March 31, 1969 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, is a film producer and former actress. She gained recognition for her work on the 2009 films Kings and Mice and The Beloved One. In addition to her producing credits, she was also an executive producer on the 2005 film 2 Sons of Francisco – The Story of Zeze di Camargo & Luciano.
Lavigne began her career in the film industry as an actress in 1986’s The Talking Cinema before transitioning into producing. In 1992, she secured a position as an associate with Natasha Records.
She was previously married to music composer Caetano Veloso and shares two children with him.
