About Patricia de Lille
Patricia de Lille is a South African politician who served as the Mayor of Cape Town from 2011 to 2018. She was born on February 17, 1951, in South Africa and began her career as a laboratory technician at a factory in 1974.
Prior to becoming Mayor, she held the position of Dan Plato Western Cape Provincial Minister of Social Development from 2010-11. In addition to her political career, she launched the Good political party in 2018 and became a Member of the National Assembly in 2019.
De Lille is married to Edwin since 1972 and they have two children named Carmen and Allistair.
