Nova Henry (born July 28, 1984 in Chicago, Illinois) was the late sister of tattoo artist Ryan Henry and the ex-girlfriend of NBA star Eddy Curry. Before her tragic demise, she gained attention due to her relationship with Curry and their custody battle over their daughter Ava.
Prior to her involvement with Eddy Curry, he was married to Patrice Curry. Nova and Eddie had a brief relationship before separating. Their children were Ava and Noah.
In an unfortunate turn of events, Nova Henry and her daughter Ava were killed by attorney Frederick Goings in 2009. Goings had been involved in her custody case over Ava at the time of the tragedy.
