Nina Gordon is a rock singer born on November 14, 1967, in Chicago, Illinois. She is best known as the co-founder and vocalist for the band Veruca Salt, which gained fame with hits like “Seether” and “Volcano Girls.” Prior to her success with the band, Gordon formed Veruca Salt in the mid-90s alongside Louise Post.
In 1998, she left the band to pursue a solo career. Beyond her musical endeavors, Nina Gordon married musician Jeff Russo and together they welcomed a daughter in 2006 and a son in 2008.
