Nadia Giosia, born on May 12, 1980 in Montreal, Canada, is a Canadian chef and television personality known for hosting the Cooking Channel/Food Network Canada program, Nadia G’s Bitchin’ Kitchen.
Her career took off after she won nextMedia’s Interactive award for the Hottest Emerging Digital Brand in Canada and received a radio award in 2007 for her favorite mobile comedy.
Prior to her fame, Nadia’s television cooking show evolved from an earlier web-based culinary program. She also appeared on several culinary television shows including Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern (2011) and Chopped All-Stars (2013).
Nadia was born in Quebec to Italian immigrant parents.
