About Nadia Fairfax
Nadia Fairfax, born on April 12, 1989 in Australia, is a well-known blogger and publisher of the esteemed fashion blog Fairfax Journal. Before launching her blog, she already had an impressive Instagram following of 20,000. By December 2015, her followers had skyrocketed to over 125,000. Nadia was also cast on the Foxtel reality series Fashion Bloggers TV for its second series.
Prior to her blogging career, Nadia worked as a fashion PR representative and studied journalism at university with aspirations of becoming a sports journalist. She also has a background in gymnastics and attended the Institute of Sport in Canberra for training. Splitting her time between New York City and Sydney, Nadia comes from a family deeply involved in athletics – her father is Russell Fairfax, a noted rugby union and league player. In August 2014 following Russell’s serious brain injury, Nadia played an instrumental role in nursing him back to health. Her mother’s name is Sharon.
