About Monique Jones
Monique Jones is an American bodybuilder born on March 12, 1979, in Fort Knox, Kentucky. She has made a name for herself by consistently ranking in the top ten of the IFBB Pro Women’s Bodybuilding rankings list.
As an IFBB pro, she has secured first place finishes at prestigious events such as the North American Championships and the Wings of Strength Chicago Pro-Am Extravaganza.
Prior to her stardom in bodybuilding, Jones was homeschooled as a child and started hitting the gym regularly at the age of 16. Outside of competition, she also serves as a contest prep coach and judges official NPC events.
Jones is also a mother to her daughter.
