About Millie Corretjer
Milly Corretjer (born April 18, 1974) is a Puerto Rican pop singer known for her debut album “Sola” which propelled her to fame in 1995. She has gone on to release several follow-up albums including “Emociones,” “Amar es un Juego,” and “Mis Mejores Exitos.”
Corretjer began her entertainment career at fifteen as the host of the Puerto Rican television series La Ola Nueva. She met her future husband, renowned boxer Oscar de la Hoya, after he requested she appear in one of his music videos for his singing career. The pair then appeared in each other’s music videos.
In addition to her successful music career and marriage to Oscar de la Hoya, Corretjer is also the granddaughter of legendary poet and political activist Juan Antonio Corretjer.
