About Meghna Gulzar
Meghna Gulzar, born on December 13, 1973 in India, is a prominent Hindi writer and film director. She gained recognition for her directorial work in films such as 2015’s Guilty and 2002’s Filhaal. Additionally, she wrote and directed Dus Kahaniyaan and Just Married: Marriage Was Only the Beginning!.
Before embarking on her successful film career, Gulzar started as a freelance writer for The Times of India. Afterward, she obtained a degree in sociology before transitioning to work as an assistant director.
Besides being a talented filmmaker, Meghna is also known as an accomplished poet with works featured in anthologies by the Poetry Society of India.
