About Megan Rossi
Megan Rossi (born October 10, 1988) is an Australian doctor, dietitian and nutritionist known as the Gut Health Doctor. She holds a Ph.D. in gut health and in 2015, she relocated to the United Kingdom to work in the Diet and Gastrointestinal Health group at King’s College. In London, she established The Gut Health Clinic where she led a team of gut-specialist dietitians.
Before her move to the UK, Rossi worked at a cinema when she was just 14 years old. She attended Queensland University of Technology and The University of Queensland in Australia.
Rossi is the author of books titled Eat More, Live Well and Eat Yourself Healthy. Additionally, she has contributed as a columnist for The Mail on Sunday. Notably, Rossi received the Young Australian of the Year in The UK award presented by the Australian High Commissioner in 2020.
Her husband works as a doctor for Britain’s National Health Service.
