About Megan Hess
Megan Hess is an Australian illustrator, art director and graphic designer known for her work on the 2006 Candace Bushnell book Sex and The City. She has also illustrated portraits for Time magazine, the New York Times, Vogue and Vanity Fair. Notably, she has created illustrations for Gwyneth Paltrow, Cate Blanchett and Nicole Kidman. Her fashion illustrations have been used by luxury brands such as Dior, Givenchy, Tiffany & Co., Wedgwood, Chopard, Louis Vuitton, Montblanc, Fendi,, Prada and Cartier.
Hess studied at Queensland College of Art in Griffith University’s South Bank Campus before gaining recognition for her talent. Her work was commissioned by Harrods of London to create a bespoke bag collection for the iconic British department store; she also produced artwork for Bergdorf Goodman in New York.
