About Megan Absten
Megan Absten is a United States Paralympic athlete best known for competing in a variety of Track and Field events. She was born on March 7, 1995, in Anna Maria, Florida. At the age of fourteen, she lost her arm in an all-terrain vehicle accident.
Despite this setback, Absten trained in running throughout high school and went on to compete in her first Paralympics in 2013. She gained recognition for winning two silver medals at the 2013 Paralympics in both the 100-meter and 200-meter events.
In addition to her athletic achievements, Absten shares modeling content, workout videos, and other inspirational content with over 70,000 Instagram followers. She is currently residing in Tacoma, Washington.
