Martina de las Alas, born on November 11, 1964 in the Philippines, is a Filipino comedienne and actress widely recognized by her stage name Ai-Ai de las Alas.
Before making a name for herself in the entertainment industry, she pursued higher education at Far Eastern University and earned a degree in Mass Communication in 1985.
Ai-Ai gained popularity through her notable performance in the film “Ang Tanging Ina,” its sequels, and the television spin-off. Her comedic talent has allowed her to captivate audiences and solidify her place as one of the most beloved figures in Filipino entertainment.
In terms of personal life, Ai-Ai was previously married to Miguel Vera with whom she shares two children from 1989 to 1996. She remarried Jed Salang in 2013.
