Marti Webb is a British stage and screen actress, singer, and stage actress born on December 13, 1944 in England. She is best known for her role in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s one-woman musical theater piece Tell Me on a Sunday.
Webb debuted professionally on the London West End production of Stop the World, I Want to Get Off and later appeared in various other British stage productions like the UK national tour of Oliver!. In 1980 she recorded a hit single called “Take That Look Off Your Face,” which peaked at #3 on UK music charts after its release.
