About Marike Jager
Marike Jager is a Dutch pop singer born on February 4, 1979, in the Netherlands. She is known for her hit singles “The Silent Song” and “The Wolves are Howling”, as well as being nominated for several Edison awards including Best Album and Best Female Artist.
Before gaining fame, Jager learned to play guitar while traveling through Australia and New Zealand. Her first song “Lizzy” won her the Studenten Song festival in Maastricht. In 2005, she released her debut album The Beauty Around.
In addition to her music career, Jager also started her own record label called Morning Coffee Records. She was born and raised in Leusden, Netherlands.
