About Marie Ault
Marie Ault was an English movie actress, born on September 2, 1870. She is best remembered for her work in silent films, particularly her role in The Lodger: A Story of the London Fog and Major Barbara.
Ault made her professional acting debut in the 1921 silent film Class and No Class. She later appeared in a stage production of Love on the Dole in 1935 and subsequently starred in the film adaptation six years later.
She was married to James Alexander Paterson.
