Mariam Nour, born on May 24, 1936 in Lebanon, is a renowned TV show host known for her work on various Arabic lifestyle and culinary programs. She has hosted shows on Yemen TV, Al Jadeed, Al Jazeera Arabic, Egyptian Television, and Libya TV stations.
Notably, Mariam Nour introduced New Age ideas into Arabic culture and gained recognition for it. Before gaining fame as a television host, she studied with Indian guru Osho (Rajneesh) and Japanese nutritional expert Michio Kushi.
She holds dual citizenship of the United States and Lebanon. Mariam was born Marie Yeghiayan in Douma, Lebanon to a family of mixed Armenian and Lebanese heritage.
