Maria Diaz (born February 9, 1988) is an IFBB pro figure champion, bodybuilder, and personal trainer from the United States. She is known as a fitness specialist and provides online training for Prolifter.
Diaz’s career began in 2010 when she won both novice and first overall at her first show at the NPC Eastern USA after two years of training. She has continued to achieve success, winning first place at both the 2015 Governor’s Cup and the 2016 Puerto Rico Pro.
Originally from Chile, Diaz moved to the U.S. in 2001 and has since lived in Boston, Massachusetts.
